In this article, I share TWO invitations with you, so you can expand your knowledge when it comes to YOUR relationship, and have practical take aways to be able to implement and reap the rewards within your own home, intimate relationships and family.

I’m looking forward to taking the time to really sit and write for you all, I’ve got a notes app full of topics I know will bring huge value into your relationships.

Many of you know, my wife

Kat River

is currently 38 weeks pregnant with our second. We have a very energetic three year old constantly buzzing around us. Life is full, and it’s also slowed right down. I’ve stepped back from most work at this stage to prepare for some family expansion and postpartum presence, but substack feels like the sort of space that I can use to merge my interests of creativity, and also offer value to those of you who share my passion on relationships.

The Liberating Love substack publication, is brand new. I’m still exploring my way around this platform, though I’d love to share with you my vision for this space and what it will offer you moving forward.

The close to 2000 of you that are here, are here because, somewhere along the line you put yourself on a relationship specific email list of mine. I have emailed and informed everyone I was transitioning over to Substack as I feel it’s a better platform for what I’d like to offer BUT if this still comes as a surprise to you, I’m happy for you to unsubscribe, no hard feelings.

For the rest of you who are excited to be here - let me share a little about what this space is about.

Substack is essentially a platform for creatives to write, and have direct access to those who want to hear from them (via email). It skips the ads, the algorithms, the fast paced nature of traditional social media networks, and makes room for longer form content and a more intimate and connected experience overall.

I’m in the world of relationships. In fact, MUCH of my daily brainspace is taken up by thinking, pondering, researching, educating on relationships. What makes them work, what makes them struggle. How communication dynamics, personal patterning, parenthood, community, environment, impacts both the quality of our intimacy and our relationship.

I want to share these explorations here with you, in depth, and unpack them in both direct and creative ways.

My vision is to really play a key element, in providing a space for you all to be apart of the counter culture of relationship mediocrity. It’s not something I can do alone.

How i’m choosing to go about this, at this stage, is to offer myself via substack in 6 different ways depending on what you’re looking for.

The FIRST way,

As a free subscriber you’ll have access to a monthly free newsletter. These often include insights, updates and recommendations re: books/ podcasts/ relevant information towards relationship.

The OTHER option (which includes the 5/6 ways I can support you with substack) is becoming apart of my PAID COMMUNITY here on substack.

This is essentially a community to have exclusive access to my other substack offerings through paying $3.75au a week, (Yes develop a thriving relationship for LESS than the cost of a cup of coffee…)

1. Long form, in depth explorations on embodied communication skills, deepening intimacy, and navigating relationship through parenthood. These will be regular and in written form. You’ll also have access to my full archive that continues to grow over time.

2. My new podcast “The PULSE” - Which is an audio series exclusive to my paid Substack community. The Pulse is designed to be short(ish) one way conversations from me to you, unpacking different topics and insights, and also interviews with other couples as they navigate different the joys and challenges of conscious relationships (as a part of my “Relationship Real Talk” project though the podcast)

3. Bi-Monthly (every second month) LIVE community calls (hosted via zoom). These will be a mashup of LIVE QNA sessions, Training/workshop and hotseat coaching for those who are open to working through something in real time.

5. Being apart of the chat thread feature, as I’ll often share insights, ask for questions, feedback and facilitate discussions in a more casual forum there. This feature is great for connecting with other people who also place a high value on their relationship.

THE INVITATIONS

You’re invited to the FIRST bi - MONTHLY LIVE COMMUNITY CALL

This THURSDAY NIGHT at 7.30pm Australian Eastern Standard time,

(Obviously this is labour/birth pending)

I’ll be hosting the FIRST bi-monthly community call for my paid community here on Liberating Love Substack.

This will be hosted live, Via zoom and a replay will be also sent out to those who have access but may not be able to get on live.

This will be a QNA style, with the space to work though some alive themes in your relationship right now, and some teaching from myself on the theme of “Embodied Communication”.

I’m excited to offer this here as the ONLY other way to have access to me live is through my online 4 month relationship mastery program.
